Do you support our existing printer fleet, or only Xerox?
Both. Sierra Miles is a Xerox partner for new placements, and we provide multi-vendor support and supplies for existing fleets so you don’t have to replace working equipment to get on a single program.
Is managed print HIPAA-friendly?
Yes. We deploy secure print release, print-to-fax for HIPAA workflows, and access controls suited to healthcare and legal environments.
What is included in the monthly cost?
Toner and supplies management, onsite service dispatch, cost-per-page and usage reporting, and lifecycle planning. Paper and staples are not included unless specifically scoped.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
Terms vary by program and device. We can scope a month-to-month service overlay for existing fleets, or a longer term for new Xerox placements with equipment included.
