Tim Miles is a highly skilled Network Engineer and part owner of Sierra Miles Group. He focuses on engineering projects and managing technical staff.
Brandon App is an innovative technological professional who values communicative and respectful working relationships.
Sierra Miles Technical Team
Julie manages day-to-day helpdesk services while also overseeing projects for Managed Services clients.
Tim supports our clients in the system administrator capacity. He brings experience in providing contracting services to diverse entities in various sectors including healthcare.
Isiah currently works as an apprentice under Tim Miles, specializing in network engineering. Additionally, Isiah supports Sierra Miles clients by providing helpdesk support and assisting with hardware installations.
Sierra Miles Administration
Tia is a Certified Medical Compliance Officer. She manages our compliance matters, which includes providing support to the technical team in addressing our clients’ HIPAA Compliance needs, as well as being an available resource for compliance information to our clients. Additionally, she serves as our Customer Success Manager.
Janaesha works as the Billing and Administration Manager, responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and the Finance department.
Bianca manages all direct marketing efforts, including social media management, event promotion, and brand awareness. Additionally, she assists with sales process coordination.
