Do you charge for the quote?
No. Carrier sourcing and the quote itself are no-cost. Carriers pay us a referral fee on circuits we sell into, which is why we stay vendor-neutral.
Will you manage the install?
Yes. We coordinate the install, circuit turn-up, and cutover, and we handle escalation with the carrier if something goes wrong after install.
Do I have to use Sierra Miles for IT to use carrier services?
No. Carrier sourcing is available as a standalone service.
